Becoming an SSCT audit tutor – information for new or interested tutors 

Audits are a regular part of general practice and can provide valuable learning opportunities for students while supporting practice development.  

This 60-minute online course will explore how tutors can get involved with T year audit-based Student Selected Components (SSCTs) and the opportunities and challenges of delivering this teaching in clinical settings. It will provide guidance on developing suitable projects for your practice while also delivering meaningful education experiences for your students.  

Come along if you are interested in supervising student audit projects this year and want to find out more.  

The course is free to attend and open to all GPs teaching in a community or primary care setting. The course will be delivered by Dr Anna Castledine and Dr Emma Metters from the Primary Care Education teaching team at City St George’s University of London.    

Certificates of attendance will be sent after the course. These can be used as CPD for your annual appraisal.
